In the realm of the Spirit, the receiver is as powerful as the giver. If you decide not to receive, nothing can be forced on you. That is why even Jesus’ death is not saving everyone except those who receive it by faith.

As you attend church tomorrow, be intentional to respond to the word of God. Amen means I accept what is being said, and I graciously receive it. It also means let it be so. Be responsive! And the blessing will rest on you.
